NEW YORK — Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced $623,000 in grant funding to carry out beach water quality monitoring and public notification programs in the Caribbean, $321,000 for work in Puerto Rico and $302,000 for work in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
