HONOLULU – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a Federal Facility Compliance Agreement (FFCA) with the U.S. Navy to complete major upgrades to the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Wastewater Treatment Plant.
